I’m Victor Karpenko, a Broker with Keller Williams PNW, based in Everett.

I came to real estate from the marketing side of a design-build remodeling company, and I still spend my weeks there. I’ve sat in on a lot of conversations about what people actually want from their homes, what it costs to get there, and where projects go sideways. When we tour a house, you get that perspective: what’s cosmetic and what’s structural, what a wall or a kitchen could become, and roughly what that tends to cost.

I don’t build homes, and I won’t pretend to. What I can do is help you see a property for what it could be, connect you with the right people when it’s time, and keep the process itself in a clear, unhurried order.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with family or in the gym. I’m also the oldest of three brothers.

Four promises I make to everyone, whether you’re buying a first condo or selling the house you raised your kids in.

You’ll always know which step we’re on and what the next one is. We don’t tour before the numbers are real, and we don’t write offers we haven’t thought through.
2I’ll tell you no.
If a house has a problem, if the price is wrong, or if it isn’t the right time to buy, I’ll say so. The commission isn’t worth you making a decision you regret.
3Your search is yours.
You get a real MLS portal with your filters, not a stream of random listings. You rank, I read the pattern, and we adjust.
4Text is fine.
Most of my clients prefer it. I answer, and I don’t disappear after closing.
